Responsible Gaming at gt99d
We believe gambling should be a source of entertainment, not stress. gt99d is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and controlled betting environment for all players in Bangladesh.
Our Commitment to Safe Play
At gt99d, responsible gaming is not a checkbox — it is a core part of how we operate every day.
gt99d is Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform, and with that trust comes a serious responsibility. We recognise that while the vast majority of players enjoy our games responsibly — whether it is cricket betting during the BPL season, spinning slots, or playing live casino games — a small number of individuals may develop unhealthy gambling habits. Our job is to provide the tools, resources, and environment that help every player stay in control.
Gambling is a form of paid entertainment. It should never be treated as a way to earn income, recover lost money, or escape personal problems. Every wager carries risk, and no outcome is ever guaranteed. gt99d encourages all users to treat every deposit as the cost of entertainment — not as an investment — and to set firm personal limits before starting to play.
gt99d is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, please do not attempt to register or access this platform. We have age-verification measures in place to protect younger users.

Recognising Problem Gambling
Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being fun and starts causing harm. Watch for these warning signs.
If you recognise two or more of the following signs in yourself, we strongly recommend contacting our support team or seeking independent advice from a counsellor or trusted family member.
- Spending more money on gambling than you originally planned or can afford.
- Gambling to chase losses — placing new bets to try to win back money already lost.
- Neglecting responsibilities at work, school, or home because of time spent gambling.
- Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you spend on gambling.
- Feeling irritable, anxious, or restless when not gambling or when trying to stop.
- Borrowing money or selling belongings to fund gambling activity.
Common Questions
Answers to the questions we receive most often about responsible gaming at gt99d.
gt99d is strictly a 21+ platform. All players must be at least 21 years old to register, deposit, and play. We verify age during account registration, and any account found to be held by someone under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds returned.
You can request a deposit limit by contacting our support team via email at [email protected]. Specify whether you want a daily, weekly, or monthly cap and the amount in BDT. Limits are applied immediately. To increase a limit, you must wait 7 days after the request — this cooling-off period is mandatory to ensure the change is a considered decision.
When you request self-exclusion, your account is suspended for the period you choose — from 6 months up to a permanent ban. You will be logged out, and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play during the exclusion period. Marketing emails are also suspended. To request self-exclusion, contact [email protected] and state the duration you require.
If gambling is causing distress, financial difficulty, or conflict in your relationships, we strongly encourage you to reach out. Contact our responsible gaming team at [email protected] for guidance. You may also seek professional counselling or speak to a trusted person in your family. gt99d can provide a permanent self-exclusion on the same day you request it.
